The Division of Administration issued an RFP on June 28, 2013 for the purpose of creating a new consolidated model for delivery of IT services to restructure the current federated model of the provision of IT services, improve the level of service provided by the IT organization, increase the return on investment from technology, and position the OIT as a valued partner in delivering innovative, effective, and reliable solutions to support and enhance the programmatic functions within Executive Branch Departments. Deloitte Consulting was awarded the contract to be Louisiana’s Partner in this planning initiative.
