Deliverable #18: Statewide IT Consolidation Project Plan consists of two components:
- A Microsoft Project Plan
- A Roadmap. The roadmap component has been posted online. The roadmap is a 122″x22″ wall chart depicting the current state, gaps identified, future state recommendations, and plans for implementation for the areas in the project plan.
