The workgroup has established several base cost savings points and is continuing to define more. The workgroup is now building and maintainining a desktop infrastructure for Statewide Enterprise Active Directory. The workgroup is currently developing a statewide survey to determine staffing and support needs. The workgroup is also analyzing the End User Computing organizational chart to identify and recommend appropriate changes or updates that may be needed.
