The Office of Technology Services moved IT staff that support the Office of Group Benefits (OGB) into the Department of Public Safety (DPS) datacenter on the weekend of 8/16/14. All OGB servers were also moved into the DPS datacenter.
The Department of Transportation and Development moved mainframe, storage, and tape systems equipment into the Information Services Building (ISB) datacenter on 8/23/14.
Workgroup members are engaged in discussions with the Office of Facility Planning and Control to identify additional IT hardware storage space.
The workgroup is planning the move of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries data center to the ISB.
The final move for OGB personnel from Bon Carre into the Claiborne building is scheduled for 9/9/14.
